Ecthyma Gangrenosum is a severe skin disease commonly associated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa septicemia, there an increased risk of infection in patients malignancy undergoing chemotherapy notably Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). We present case report CLL patient infested by P. aeruginosa.
